visual studio 에서 현재 활성화된 file의 프로젝트 / 클래스 / 함수 목록을 보여주는 bar 가 없어졌을 때 해결법.
It's called 'Navigation bar' and contains three drop downs: first drop down contains project, second type and third members (methods).
